Can I have my own domain name?

Yes, a domain name (example, www.misscity.com) is included in all the packages. We make every effort to register the domain name that you entered when you first sign-up for an account. If the domain name you prefer is not available, we will contact you and make suggestions on what web address to use for your pageant website. You will get your own domain name and it will not be www.pageantwebsite.com/misscity. If you decide to cancel your PageantWebsite.com account but would like to still use the domain name, we will charge you a $15 transfer fee.

What if I already have a domain name?

You can use your existing domain name. We will send you instructions on how to point your current web address to our servers.

Do you discount if I pay a yearly fee? Do you have any packages for a group from a state?

PageantWebsite.com offers a "Do-It-Yourself" online software to create your website. If you need help in transferring your existing sites to PageantWebsite.com, we charge a one time transaction fee. The fee depends on the number of pages and the amount of information that you want transferred. If you're interested in having PageantWebsite.com transfer all your existing contents, please e-mail info@pageantwebsite.com.

Do you offer phone and email support?

Yes, please go to the Products page to see what is included with each package. Remote desktop support will enable us to share your computer's screen and troubleshoot problems with you while you watch. It is included free in the Emerald and Diamond packages.

Can I get a custom designed site?

If you would like PageantWebsite.com to design a custom website for your organization or if you want exclusivity to use one of the existing templates, please contact at info@pageantwebsite.com and request a quote.

Can I change the website ‘look’ if I find a new template I like better?

Yes, you can easily change the look of your site by choosing a different template but you will lose the personalized header that was created for you when you first signed up. If you would like PageantWebsite.com to personalize the banner that goes with the other template that you want to use, it will be $25 per banner customization.

Can I use my own logo? (ex. Miss America State crown)

Yes, you can use your organization's logo as long as you have permission to use it. PageantWebsite.com or Digital Art Station, Inc will not be liable for improper use of other organization's logo. Please verify and make sure you have the rights to use the Miss America or Miss America's Outstanding Teen logos on your website before using it on your site.

Will I be able to add my own pics?

Yes, there is a photo gallery where you can upload pictures.

Can I sell things on my website?

Can I oversee the content of the blog before it is published?
